A booking form must be completed in full prior to the goalkeeper attending their first session.

All fees due will need to be paid prior to the commencement of the first session.

Payment for the month of sessions will be due the first week of the joining month. You will need to pay an initial pro rata payment to cover the period from joining until the next available payment date,

Once payment has been made for the goalkeeper sessions no refunds or reimbursements will be available unless absence is confirmed by a signed doctors note or medical exemption certificate.

You assume all risk and responsibility for any harm, loss, damage, property damage or personal injury to you or others resulting from, arising out of, or any way in relation to the goalkeeper's use of or presence at the goalkeeper session.

When completing a booking form all personal details are held on our membership system and will be utilised to maintain contact with you.

Most sessions are filmed and the footage is used to help improve the sessions. Some footage is used for marketing purposes unless you have selected for images not to be used.

A Parent/guardian must be present during the training session unless previously arranged.

Boots, gloves, a water bottle and appropriate clothing is required for training.
